Customizable Steel Address Yard Sign - 3 Sizes Available

• Customizable sign cut from a single piece of 14-gauge steel

• Available in three sizes: medium, large and X-large:
 Medium: 11”W x 5.5”H with 12"H stakes (fits address numbers only)
 Large: 14”W x 8”H with 12"H stakes (fits both address numbers and street name below)
 X-Large: 18”W x 12”H with 12"H stakes (fits both address numbers and street name below  in a larger text size- can add a third line with your name, no soliciting, private property,       your own short custom message, etc...)

• Choose between an open cut-out design, where the text is see-through, or add a backer plate for increased contrast and improved readability. The backer plate is securely attached with heavy-duty magnets, creating a clean, finished appearance. (If you want a black sign with see-through text, select the finish "Black" from the drop-down menu. If you want a black sign with a white backer plate, select "Black / White" on the drop down menu.

• Available in a rust patina finish or a powder coated black or white finish

• Also available in unfinished raw steel that will continue to rust over time or can be painted to match your home’s paint color. Please note, this is a raw and unfinished steel so variation will occur. It is typical for there to be imperfections or grind marks on the metal.

•Type your message into the "personalization box" and be as detailed as possible. Be sure to include the direction the arrows should point as well as any formatting or design notes.

• Mock Ups: We’ll use our best judgment for spacing and layout and format your sign like the examples shown in the images. Need to approve a mock-up before we begin? Please request one in the personalization box when placing your order.

• This sign is custom made, all sales final. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production.
